Rental Pricing
4-Hour Private Rental – $300
Our most popular option and best value.
Includes:
- Private use of the event space for 4 hours
- 7 six-foot tables
- Seating for up to 35 guests (chairs included)
- Flexible layout options
- Photo backdrop
Tables and chairs are included free with all 4-hour rentals.
Additional Time
Need more time? Add extra hours at $75 per hour.
Shorter Rentals
Prefer a shorter event? We offer flexible options with a 2-hour minimum.
- Table sets (6-foot table + 5 chairs): $10 per set
- Includes access to space with simplified setup options
Tables & Seating
- 7 six-foot tables and seating for up to 35 guests included with 4-hour rentals
- 4 children’s tables and 24 children’s chairs available upon request

Booking Times
We offer flexible rental blocks to fit your schedule:
- 2–3 hour rentals
- • 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM
- • 12:30 PM – 3:30 PM
- 4+ hour rentals
- Available starting at 3:30 PM and extending as late as 11:00 PM
Minimum Booking
- All rentals require a 2-hour minimum reservation
- 30% down to book your time and date

How do I access the space for my event?
You’ll receive a secure entry code to access the venue — no staff needed. You can arrive and start your event on your schedule.
What is included with my rental?
All rentals include private access, tables and chairs on site (free with 4+ hour rentals), flexible layout options, and optional play space access for kid-friendly gatherings.
How many guests can your space accommodate?
Our venue comfortably fits small to medium-sized groups. Contact us with your guest count to ensure your event is perfect.
Can I decorate the space?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring decorations, banners, or flowers. We ask that you follow our guidelines to keep the space clean and safe.
Can I have outside food or drinks?
Yes, you may bring in catering, snacks, or drinks. Alcohol is not permitted.
Is the space kid-friendly?
Yes! While our space is designed for all ages, you can also add optional play space access for children during your event.
How do I book my rental?
Click the "Inquire about hosting here" button at the top of the page and fill out our inquiry form. If your date and time is available we will send you a deposit request back. Once paid-your event will be booked. If your date and time is not available we will be in contact to see if we can find something that works for you.
